Training courses are available as a 1-day introduction / management overview, 2-day practitioners’ introduction, 2 x 2-day course to include guided implementation. Project support thereafter (if required) can be tailored to suit the company to cover practical implementation and follow up to ensure real quantifiable results, and developing the internal resources to sustain the approach.
